2. How were the companies selected?
We considered several factors, including each company's vision, social/environmental impact, culture, hiring and interest from candidates on our platform.
3. How many companies are on the list, and is this ranked?
There are just over 50 companies on the list, split into 11 industries. There is no ranking, instead they will feature in alphabetical order.
4. What does it mean to be part of this list?
